Alexander started his career in the United States in the insurance industry. After a couple of years working as an agent for Metropolitan Life, Alexander achieved recognition of his sales abilities when he was named top salesman of the year for the company's Western Region. He then branched out with his own agency and sold all forms of Life, Annuity, Health, Property and Casualty insurance products. In 1986, he obtained his general securities license (Series 7). His company subsequently grew to offer a full array of financial services.
In 1996, he ventured beyond the insurance and investment arena into international trade with stints as principal in a logistics company offering railroad transportation services, founder of an internet marketing company selling herbal products, and most recently owner of an Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) facility. During the sale of his ADHC, Alexander was fascinated with the professional services of the Business Broker. This led to his decision to become one. He saw the opportunity to help others navigate the transitions involved in buying or selling a business because of his experience owning, growing and selling businesses and building relationships with other professionals involved in such transactions. To further improve his knowledge and expertise as a business broker, he joined the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB).

Angelica worked for more than 25 years as an actuary for life insurance and actuarial consulting companies such as Metropolitan Life, Transamerica, Swiss Re and National Actuarial Network. As a reinsurance actuary, she worked with many national and international life insurance companies pricing, negotiating and auditing reinsurance contracts. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and her degrees include an Executive MBA from the Drucker Business School, Claremont University and a BS in Mathematics from the University of the Philippines.
Angelica is a member of International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), California Association of Business Brokers(CABB), Network of Women Business Brokers & Intermediaries, Women's Council of Realtors, Industry Manufacturers Council(IMC), San Gabriel Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Whittier Chamber of Commerce. She is active in her community through Soroptimist International, Toastmasters International, and the East San Gabriel Valley Coalition for the Homeless.

Henry Weaks is a seasoned business executive with many years of top management and board level positions. He served many years as Owner/CEO of Weaks Supply Company, Monroe, LA---a $30MM industrial and electrical distribution business with over 200 employees, operating at eight locations in three states throughout the Mid-South. As President and CEO of Square One, Ltd. and Parallel Holding, Ltd., he provided financial services for 17 years to Eastern European and Asian companies seeking to obtain loans and grants from US Aid, Ex Im Bank, and Bank of Reconstruction and Development issued through major US banks.
